In 1978, İsmail Ertan, the General Director of TPAO, initiated his first regional field inspection in Batman. During his visit later that year, the TPAO–BOTAŞ Petroleum Pipeline valve was opened by the technical team together with our company’s founder, Pipeline Specialist and Line Inspection Leader Hasan Yıldırım.
In 1981, President Kenan Evren visited Batman to inspect petroleum fields on site. Kozluk–Şelmo Field, known for its high-gravity crude, hosted the delegation where our founder Hasan Yıldırım and his team illuminated Well Şelmo-103 for operational work.
In 1983, Hasan Yıldırım and his colleagues completed the installation of pumping units required to transfer crude oil from TPAO Şelmo field through the pipeline to storage tanks.
Hasan Yıldırım officially began contracting operations under his own name in 1986.
Hasyılsan undertook tank construction, piping, mechanical works and infrastructure services across several TPAO facilities including Batıraman, Raman, Garzan, Dodan, Silvanka and Mağrip.
In 1998, Hasyılsan İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was officially founded, marking the company’s corporate transformation.
The company successfully completed numerous construction, maintenance and repair projects in power plants, hydroelectric plants, natural gas combined-cycle power stations and LNG storage facilities.
Hasyılsan became the contractor for the maintenance and overhaul of 4,100 railway wagons used by TÜDEMSAŞ for domestic and international material transportation.
The company successfully completed the maintenance and repair of over 100 vessels and ferries belonging to IDO, TDİ and Istanbul City Lines.
Hasyılsan served as the main contractor for several EPC (Engineering–Procurement–Construction) projects at BOTAŞ LNG facilities.
Drawing strength from its deep-rooted history, Hasyılsan continues to grow with an innovative and sustainability-focused approach across refineries, industrial plants, energy facilities, petrochemical complexes and LNG terminals.
